Sighting a leopard was a rare occasion in Londolzi Game Reserve. However, since 1979, things changed. John Varty, co-founder of the game reserve, along with the naturalist Elmon Mhlongo, gave special attention to leopards and they noticeably grew in numbers. Today, you can spot leopards in Londolzi and nearby wild areas at leisure. Londolzi Game Reserve has been used by several guides and filmmakers for their productions.
