The capital of Himachal Pradesh, a North Indian State in India, Shimla is also known as the queen of hills. It is a beautiful hilly city where you can visit for a splendid yet simple time. It is a small place with only a few places to visit and few things to do, but it can be one of the most refreshing vacations you will ever have.


Rent a bike

Exploring a place could never be more interesting. You can simply rent a bike and go about town, discovering new things about the city. There are beautiful waterfalls and mountains you will see, amazing food joints where you can have snacks and local delicacies, and beautiful vistas of this stunning city, you can capture in your camera. Visit Chadwick waterfall

This beautiful waterfall situated around 7 kms from Shimla is so picturesque that people from different parts of the world come and visit it. It is a place where you can spend a quiet time pondering over life and enjoying the perfect picnic with your loved ones.


Take a trip to the Lakkar Bazaar

When in Shimla, you have to shop at Lakkar Bazaar. This is a street market and you will find the most amazing artefacts here, souvenirs you can take back. Apparel, jewellery and a number of other artistic knick-knacks are available here.


Visit the famous Mall Road

The common hub of all things interesting in Shimla is the Mall Road. It is a huge market place on a long winding road, where you can find the best food, the best buys and the best sources of entertainment in the city. There are cosy little bars where you can sit in and enjoy drinks with your friends while trying typical Himachali food that is mouth-watering delicious.
