Taste of Toronto (June 15th to 18th 2017)
Canadian food is famous all over the world and Fort York National Historic Site is ready to host one of the finest food festivals of all time; Taste of Toronto. If you are a foodie you will find yourself lost in a sea of choices, as chefs from different parts of the world bring their exquisite food to one platform. Food, beverages and the finest produce – everything you can think of is here.
Four days of tasting excellent food, trying some of the best drinks and indulging in some of the most exciting competitions – Taste of Toronto is going to be an amazing display of talent and execution. Mississauga Waterfront Festival (June 16-18th 2017)
This festival is a combination of various types of music concerts and several other events and what makes it different from the others is the huge audience that gathers for the same from different parts of the world. Artists such as Colin James, Suzie McNeill, Tom Cochrane, Sam Roberts and Bruce Cockburn have performed at this event earlier. There are water shows and fireworks, sports and various other unique crafts, a family fun village, and lots of amazing street food you can enjoy! This event is basically like a huge celebration of art and culture.
Toronto Jazz Festival (23rd June-July 2nd)
If it is Jazz that gets you going, you should plan a trip to Canada around 23rd June to 2nd July. This is a huge event and spans across 40 different locations and as many as 1500 musicians. Gregory Porter, Korner Hall, Ingrid ad Christine Jenson and others are going to perform this year. Special guests would include Laila Biali and Walter Trout and the festival shall also exhibit the reopening of the concert hall.
